The Freme Rainforest Lodge (FRL) in Batang Duri, Temburong, offers an immersive rainforest experience in Negara Brunei Darussalam. It caters to families and adventure enthusiasts seeking a culturally enriching and thrilling experience in the heart of the Temburong Rainforest of Brunei.

Since its inception in 2000, FRL has continually evolved to meet the growing demands of tourists, expanding its size and range of facilities and activities. Today, it is a retreat that provides comfortable air-conditioned rooms, a dining area with a picturesque river view, and a range of curated packages such as ziplining, wall climbing and rafting. Visitors also can visit the stunning Temburong Waterfalls and the Canopy Tower at Ulu Temburong National Park.

Guest safety at FRL is a top priority. The lodge conducts routine risk assessments for its tour packages and takes all necessary precautions to minimize risks associated with these tours and activities. The Adventure Course structures at FRL meet the standards set by the ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology) or European Norm. Additionally, as a Travelife Partner, FRL is committed to sustainable tourism practices, emphasizing sanitation, waste disposal, and water pollution prevention to protect the environment.

All FRL staff are highly trained to ensure guest safety and expectations. They undergo various training programs, including First Aid Training, Fire Marshal Training, Adventure Activities Safety Training, and Travelife – Sustainable Tourism Training. The FRL operates daily from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing guests to enjoy a full day of explorations and adventure in the rainforest.
