文莱属热带气候，一年四季主要为晴天与雨天交替。下雨属于正常且不可预测的现象，但多数情况下降雨会出现在中午以后，因此一般不会影响国家公园的行程。正常情况下，团队在中午前已返回驿站。
Brunei has a tropical climate, with alternating sunny and rainy weather throughout the year. Rainfall is common and unpredictable, but it usually occurs in the afternoon. Therefore, it generally does not affect the national park tour, as the group normally returns to the lodge by noon.

下雨当天的安排 / Arrangement on Rainy Days
若行程当天遇雨，我们公司将以安全为首要考量。若水位及雨势情况允许，行程将照常进行。若客人选择因个人原因放弃参加，相关费用恕不退款。
If it rains on the day of the tour, safety will remain our top priority. The tour will proceed as scheduled if the water level and rain conditions are deemed safe. If guests decide not to participate for personal reasons, the tour fee will be non-refundable.

安全取消及退款 / Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy
若当日水位或雨势超出安全范围，我社将主动取消行程，并为客人安排全额退款。
If the water level or weather conditions exceed the safety limit, our company will cancel the tour and provide a full refund to the guests.
